Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected. Our efforts to assist the community is not possible without the help of our members. We help and house hundreds of people dealing with mental health, drug and alcoholic abuse, and much more through our various services.
Monthly donations of towels and linen, pillows and household furnishings such as lamps, end tables, coffee tables, sofas and dinette chairs, bottled water and non-perishable food items are just a few things needed to help bring a sanctuary of hope to the people that trust us.
